BG1 Sealed linear scale is a precise sensor of linear displacement that primarily applied to machine tools, plant equipment, and precise measuring systems to improve measuring accuracy, productivity and product quality. Grating counting card is a common interface between Linear Scale or Rotary Encoder and PC. It performs direction detection, 4 to100-fold and reversible count to output orthogonal square-wave signal from grating scale, provides absolute zero flag, over zero count or over zero hold etc. functions. This card can directly implement in PC through ISA/PCI, exchange data through memory mapping. It has four independent grating counting channels, can simultaneously connect to four grating scales.

Grating data adapter is a common count communication interface used between Grating Linear Scale or Rotary Encoder and PC. It performs direction detection, 4-fold and reversible count to output orthogonal square-wave signal from grating scale. It exchanges data with computer through RS-232C or RS-485 or USB interface.

Capacitive data adapter is a communication tool between
measuring tools or Capacitive Sensor and PC. It converts and capacitive electronically digital processes data from Capacitive
Sensor output, exchange data with PC through RS-232C.

EXE051/101 Grating Adapter first interpolates the scanning signals and then Converts them into square-wave pulses (digitizing). The pulses can be used by Computer or NC system. The adapter can be implemented in industry instruments.
